Prices listed herein can and do change from time to time so
please verify your pricing before you click the "Add Meals to Shopping Cart"
button above. Once you place your order and pay for it via our Paypal
shopping cart your order is considered final. Any returns and/or
cancellations for other than quality reasons will be strictly at the discretion
of Top Chef Meals management. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to
the quality of our food, our delivery timeliness, and our customer service.
It does not cover cancellations and/or returns purely for convenience and/or
personal reasons outside the scope of our services. Shipping Policies, Costs, and Restrictions All sales
on this website are for shipping to Westchester County, New York ONLY.
Shipping is a flat $15.00 for all orders less than $150.00 All
orders of $150.00 or more will be shipped for free to your Westchester County,
NY residence. We do not ship outside of New York except for our wholesale
accounts and we never ship outside of the USA under any circumstance. Since our service is currently designed to personally deliver
meals to your home via our own transportation services, all home deliveries are
restricted to the Westchester County, NY area ONLY. As our service grows
we plan to expand our service area in the future to include other greater New
York metropolitan areas. However, we currently limit all home deliveries
via our on-line ordering system to zip codes starting with 105XX, 106XX, and
107XX. We do not provide home deliveries to any other zip codes at this
time. We do however provide Wholesale (greater than 150 meals per
order) to all locations in the greater New York metropolitan via our fleet of
refrigerated trucks. Please see our

personnel at 914-372-7080 for more details of this service. All orders are shipped the day after placed as long as your
shopping cart order in completed prior to 3:00 pm. We deliver Monday -
Friday between the hours of 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Orders placed after 3:00 pm
Thursday will be delivered Monday afternoon. If for some reason you cannot accept the order on the day of
delivery simply call our offices before 1:00 pm and we will hold your order for
another day of your choosing. If you do not call then plan on your order being
delivered on the day promised. Our courteous uniformed delivery personnel will
attempt to ring your bell and hand you the order in person. If you do not
answer the door then the order will be left at your front door. We do not
refund for orders that are not accepted in person for ay reason. If your
order defrosts then we recommend that you do not refreeze them and store your
meals in the refrigerator as soon as possible. They can be safely stored in the
refrigerator after completely defrosting for up to 5 days. If you place your
still frozen meals in the refrigerator to defrost and take then out when needed,
they can stored safely for 7 days from the day of delivery. Address Correction and Improper Addresses At Time Of
Ordering Please be especially careful to provide us an accurate address
at the time you place your order. If you feel you made a mistake please
call our customer service at 914-372-7080 to make any correction prior to noon
on the day we deliver. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address
(i.e. forget to include your apartment number, incorrect street address, city
doesn't match zip code and we cannot resolve your address) we will charge an
address correction fee and/or a second delivery fee for having to redeliver your
order a second time. Ordering and Discount Restrictions This on-line ordering system is designed to order each unique
meal in quantity of 50 meals or less. If you order a duplicate quantity of
greater than 50 meals, your discount will still be 25%, and no greater. If
you desire delivery of duplicate meals in quantities greater than 50 meals we

service department at 914-372-7080 for more details of this service. Privacy Policy Top Chef Meals will keep any and all personal contact
information provided to us through our website, via telephone or by fax strictly
confidential. We do not under any circumstances share your information with any
other company whatsoever. In addition, we do not store your credit card
number or any other information on our servers. Your credit card
information processed through Paypal Inc. in an encrypted format at the time of
your order. If you have any questions about your order and your billing
information you must provide us paypal's transaction number which is the only
billing information we track. We do use cookies and web software to keep track of your
transactions and process your order with paypal. This information is used
by us to identify the meal selections you make on this on-line ordering system
and to provide you your requested selections. If you have any questions about our
